Aim: Present your project idea to your fellow students, stakeholders, and other invited guests.

Outcome: The guests choose which project they like most.

The general format for the event runs something like this:

09.00am to 09.10am        : Arrival

09.10am to 09.15am        :Introductions from Zoe Evans, Aberdeen City Council, Dr. Bruce Scharlau, Aberdeen  University & Dr. Jon Pengelly, Robert Gordon University

09.15am to 09.25am        : welcome from Aberdeen City Council

09.25am to 09.45am        : Presentation by the first Team & Q&A

09.45am to 10.05am        : Presentation by the second Team & Q&A

10.05am to 10.25am        : Teas, Coffee & Goodies

10.25am to 10.45am        : Presentation by the third Team & Q&A

10.45am to 11.05am        : Presentation by fourth Team & Q&A

11.05am to 11.25am        : Networking around the stalls

11.25am to 11.35m          : Short talk from previous partner

11.35am to 11.45am        : Winner announced – Next steps (Zoe/Bruce/Jon)

11.45am to 11.55am        : Thank you from someone at ACC

11.55am to 12.00pm       : Finish
